Front desk hours were clearly posted.

I arrived around 5 PM to check in, and no one was at the front desk. After waiting 45 minutes, I attempted to contact OYO, but it was impossible to reach a live person. It took another 1.5 hours dealing with Hotels.com for them to confirm my reservation, but it never stated there was a cut-off for late check-ins.

it boasts ideal location close to 10 or more trains coming through overnight, restaurants and gas stations and grocery store, and railway. also, luling watermelon thump is not too far away from the hotel.

I stayed for 1 night here and had a nice time.

My experience was a challenge from the start. I couldn't even enter my room due to faulty locks, which led me on a frantic search for different accommodations. Safe to say, my expectations were far from met.

The stay was quite challenging , as we couldn't even get into our room due to faulty locks. This was frustrating, especially since we had prearranged for a late check-in. We ended up having to scramble for alternate accommodations at the last minute. While the attractions in the area, like the Central Texas Oil Patch Museum, might have been enjoyable, the hotel experience left much to be desired.

Amazing place with great amenities like free wi-fi, free parking, and luggage storage. On my first stay, the staff was kind to my old parents, which I remember fondly. I highly recommend it!

The location was convenient. The comfortable queen room provided a decent rest after a long day. My past stays were less pleasant, but this time, i enjoyed the experience.

Faulty locks in the room made for a frustrating check-in, leading to a scramble for another place. The shower was temperamental, with hot water shutting off unexpectedly. Friendly staff mitigated some of the discomfort, but no hangers and minimal bathroom supplies offered a less than satisfactory experience.

It was just a proper fit for a transient stop in Luling with great value. The staff was great, making sure I had the basic amenities I needed . Bring your own toiletries for better convenience.

Rooms were clean. Everything was great. - Truly enjoyed the location in the middle of Jackson. - It was about a 5-minute drive to Zedler Mill Event Venue.
